Dawson Steel Wire Rope Factory

We Dawson adopt the high quality material and advanced technic to produce Steel Wire Rope and mainly focus on wire rope with large diameter, long length, high tension and special construction. Diameter ranges from 0.18mm to 260mm in a variety of ropes of point contact, line contact and surface contact. The tensile strength can reach to Grade 2160 or EEIPS. 

There are all kinds of wire drawing, twisting equipment and morden assembly line can enable lengthening, twisting, heat treatment, galvanizing, mixing and testing for ropes in different diameters. We can produce various of steel wire rope according to our national standard such as GB8919, GB/T20118, GB/T20067 and international standard such as ISO, ASTM, EN, JIS etc. We have obtained DNV, LR, BV, CCS, MA and KA certificates, all ropes were produced according to strict process and had been tested before leaving factory.
