We are the leading manufacturer of Flemish Eye swaging sleeves in China. All our Flemish Eye sleeves have corrosion protection and are made according to the highest quality standards. Surface treatment could be black oxidized or galvanized. Sleeves are stamped for traceability with code, size, and batch number.
All our Flemish Eye swaging sleeves are tested for better swageability. Testing includes hardness test, chemical analysis, microstructure analysis and closed flattening test according to EN 13411-3:2004 standard.
The Flemish Eye sleeves satisfy the European standards, EN 13411-3, for mechanical splicing.
Not applicable on rotation resistant wire ropes. When properly applied, the terminations have an efficiency rating of more than 90% according to EN 13411-3, based on the catalogue strength of wire rope.
Our modern in-house forging, heat treatment, sand blasting, auto-marking facilities assures the consistent quality of Flemish eye steel sleeves form 1/4" to 6" (galvanized and self-colored).
★ Recommended to be used with 6x19,6x25,6x29,6x37 IPS or XIP(EIP), FC or IWRC wire rope. If using with any other type of construction or grade of wire rope, it is recommended to make the breaking load test of the swaged termination to prove the assembly to be manufactured.
