Type K2-B Reinforced Thimbles with Gusset, (also called Heavy Duty Stub-End Thimbles) are used in wire rope assemblies to keep an eye from being crushed.
If you are looking for further corrosion resistance in high moisture environments, we also offer stainless steel thimbles in type 304 and type 316.
