The DSSDY series butt welding machine adopts the dual upset method, which can obtain welded joints with no porosity, no voids, and a very dense structure. The annealing of the solder joints is precisely controlled by temperature control. Compared with the traditional welding method, the welded joint tension is significantly greater. It is suitable for welding large diameter steel wires such as wire rods.

5. Standard annealing device, the annealing distance can be adjusted, and the annealing effect is manually controlled by button switch or automatic far-infrared temperature control.
