Type of main beam

The main beam adopts the semi-enclosed C-type aluminum alloy track, which can be adapted to the manual trolley or electric trolley of aluminum alloy track. Load trolley and cable block built-in, beautiful and generous.

There are five types of C-type track main beam,S-105 M-140 L-180 XL-220 XX-L260. M5 working system, the load capacity of the main beam from 250kg-3000kg,strong load capacity, span and height adjustable.

The height of each gantry crane is easy to adjust, and it can be easily and safely raised to the required position by inserting and pulling 2 bolts in the vertical position.

Adjustment spacing: 200 or 150mm

Ratchet mechanism can be installed on the side, which can lift the weight with less force

DSPG type include DSPG-O, DSPG-C, DSPG-H 3types.Each model is equipped with different main beams to adapt to different working conditions. This portable system can be manually assembled, using just four bolts and can safely lift to 5000kg, making it ideal for multiple applications.

Key features

Aluminum alloy gantry has a variety of profiles track and assembly forms, carrying capacity of up to 5000kg, precision machining aluminum alloy profiles and structural parts simple installation, modular, and keep running more smoothly. Aluminum alloy gantry is light in weight but has higher bending strength and better wear resistance. Due to the positive electroplating treatment on the surface and its anti-corrosion properties, this structure is used in clean, explosion-proof workshop and automobile production line, lithium electricity, food and electronics and other industrial occasions.
