Individually proof tested at 2.5 times Working Load Limit.
Fatigue tested at 1.5 times Working Load Limit for 20000 cycles.

All load pin are 100% individually inspected and tested.
Surface finish: Power plastified
Colour: Yellow or Red RALcode: RAL1003 or RAL3020.

Note: The components for slings G80 for application in temperature in excess of the permissible should be avoided as much as possible.
Safe Use:
1、Working load limit for G80 is according to (EN1677), Never using exceed the specified capacity.
2、Fatigue test capacity: 20000 times.
3、Passing under the lifting sling is forbidden.
4、A through month examination should be carries out by a competent person. Before use, Check the valid quality testing certificate of manufacturer and the valid products instruction. Operator should be trained before practice. Always inspect to insure that the components for slings G80 and it’s fitting are free from damage or wear before use. The components for slings G80 wear should never exceed 5% of the original dimensions. Inspect whether the components for slings G80 is deformed by overload. Once the components for slings G80 has been overload (has been tend to invalid), it must be take out of service. The components for slings G80 should be replaced as dimension exceeding 3% of original dimension.
