HOST SYSTEM
The main engine part is mainly composed of cylinder seat, cylinder piston, front moving chuck, back moving chuck, load sensor, back moving beam and pre-tension mechanism. The cylinder base, steel plate welded frame and rear moving beam form a stress frame; The rear moving beam and the frame are connected by a pin, the cylinder is installed on the cylinder seat, and the load sensor is connected with the piston through the ball stranded mechanism, which can effectively eliminate the influence of side force on the sensor; One end of the front moving chuck is connected with the sensor, and the other end is connected with one end of the sample; Move one end of the chuck back with a pre-tension mechanism
The lead screw is connected, and the other end is connected with the sample; The pre-tension mechanism is installed on the back moving beam and can move with the back moving beam. During pre-tension, the motor drives the nut in the nut screw pair to rotate through the reducer, so that the screw drives the back moving chuck to move backward and tighten the sample. During the test, the computer control system realizes the loading process of the test by controlling the servo valve. By controlling the opening direction and size of the servo valve, the piston of the single-discharge rod double-acting low-friction piston cylinder moves forward and backward, driving the movement of the forward moving chuck, so that the test force is applied to the sample.
