PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

DS-LW-2000, DS-LW-3000, DS-LW-4000, DS-LW-5000, DS-LW-10000 horizontal tensile testing machine adopts horizontal frame structure, single rod double acting piston cylinder to apply the test force, and the computer control system realizes the automatic control of the test process by controlling the servo valve and other components. The test data is accurately collected by the load sensor and transmitted to the computer, the system automatically analyzes and processes the test results, and the printer can directly print the required test report. HOST SYSTEM

The main engine is mainly composed of cylinder seat, cylinder piston, front moving chuck seat, back moving chuck seat and load sensor. The cylinder seat, the steel plate welded frame and the rear moving chuck seat form a force frame, and the front moving chuck seat and the back moving chuck seat connect the two ends of the sample. The single rod double acting low friction piston cylinder drives the forward moving chuck under the action of hydraulic oil, so that the test force is applied to the sample. The rear-moving chuck seat is connected with the frame by a latch. The computer control system realizes the automatic control of the test by controlling the servo valve.

OIL SOURCE SYSTEM

The hydraulic system adopts differential circuit, which can save the test preparation time as much as possible when meeting the test requirements. The oil source system adopts the pressure following system, and the pressure of the oil source system increases with the increase of the load, which can effectively save energy. The pump station adopts imported servo valve and imported low noise conjugate internal gear pump, equipped with precision oil filter no more than 5μm; The relief valve controls the system pressure; The whole system is designed according to the principle of energy saving and simple layout. The oil tank is equipped with electronic oil temperature, oil level meter, high pressure oil filter, air filter, etc., and is equipped with oil temperature, liquid level, oil resistance protection and indicating devices.
