PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

DS-LW-1000, DS-LW-2000, DS-LW-3000 horizontal tensile testing machine adopts horizontal frame structure, single rod double acting piston cylinder to apply the test force, and the computer control system realizes the automatic control of the test process by controlling the servo valve and other components, and the test data is accurately collected by the load sensor and transmitted to the computer. The system automatically analyzes and stores the test results, and the printer can directly print the required test report. This machine is mainly used for the tensile property test of gas lift cylinder, etc. It is an ideal test equipment that can meet the requirements of modern production, scientific research and teaching.


HOST SYSTEM

The main part is mainly composed of the main frame, the oil cylinder seat, the oil cylinder, the front chuck seat, the back chuck seat and the load sensor. The structure of the machine is tension and compression single space structure, and the tensile test can be carried out in the test space. The cylinder seat, the main frame and the rear chuck seat form the force frame, and the piston and the front chuck seat form the force mechanism. The rear and rear chuck seats are equipped with attachments to clamp the sample. The load sensor is mounted on the front chuck seat and is connected to the piston. During the tensile test, the piston is first extended, and then the sample is gripped, and the front chuck is moved forward by the piston retraction, so that the test force is applied to the sample, and the sensor transmits the force value signal measured in real time to the computer; During the compression test, the piston is retracted, and then the sample is gripped, and the front chuck seat is moved backward through the piston extension, so that the test force is applied to the sample. The rear chuck seat is driven by the motor to move on the main frame, so as to adjust the size of the stretching space, after reaching the appropriate position, the manual latch will fix the rear chuck seat. Each side of the frame has a set of tie rod mechanism, and exerts a certain pre-compression force on the whole frame to prevent the weld of the frame from being damaged during the compression test. The test area is provided with a protective cover to prevent the sample from breaking out and injuring people.


OIL SOURCE SYSTEM

The hydraulic system adopts differential circuit, which can save the test preparation time as much as possible when meeting the test requirements. The oil source system adopts the pressure following system, and the pressure of the oil source system increases with the increase of the load, which can effectively save energy. The pump station adopts imported servo valve and imported low noise conjugate internal gear pump, equipped with precision oil filter no more than 5μm; The relief valve controls the system pressure; The whole system is designed according to the principle of energy saving and simple layout. The oil tank is equipped with electronic oil temperature, oil level meter, high pressure oil filter, air filter, etc., and is equipped with oil temperature, liquid level, oil resistance protection and indicating devices.
