Description:

DS-LC-7501D single channel load cell acquisition module can be connected to the single channel Wheatstone bridge load cell, and the analog differential signals of ±5mv, ±10mV and so on output by the sensor can be converted into digital quantity, and then the data can be uploaded through RS485. It supports the standard Modbus RTU protocol and can be used in combination with other devices complying with the Modbus RTU protocol.

Product Overview:

DS-LC-7502 acquisition module is mainly composed of power circuit, analog input sampling and conditioning circuit, RS485 transceiver circuit and MCU. The high-performance full speed USB flash microcontroller is used as the control unit. The data conversion and effective resolution of the 24bit ADC can be as high as 23 bits. It has the functions of over-voltage, over-current protection and anti-interference. It can avoid the influence of industrial field signals on the communication interface of the module and make the communication (data transmission) stable and reliable. This product has high communication efficiency, and the transmission time interval of single channel data packet can be as low as 50ms at 19200bit/s baud rate.
