Ratchet Buckles Use Guidelines

Webbing is attached to the base housing and threaded through the lever. The webbing can then be drawn up snug and the snapped down into place for the final tight fit. Excellent economic solution where there is not a great deal of motion and stress, or for short-term uses. For a more secure tie-down may we suggest our ratchet buckles.

When using web tie downs with a winch or ratchet, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 wraps of webbing shall be wound on the winch or ratchet mandrel. Excessive wraps of webbing on the mandrel may reduce the working load limit (WLL) of the web tie down and may interfere with proper operation.
