PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The fixture is mainly composed of four parts: the main body of the fixture, the mouth of the clamp, the oil source and the remote control box. The clamping and loosening of the whole sample are completed by pushing the jaws at the end of the piston rod parallel to each other by supplying oil to two double-acting hydraulic cylinders which are installed on the clamp. The hydraulic cylinder on both sides of the clamp adopts the principle of mechanical synchronization to ensure that the clamping center and the force center are consistent. After testing, the clamping coaxiality can reach 2.8%, which is much better than the coaxial requirement of 12% in the national standard.
