Transport Trolleys DS-WCRA Series
Transport trolleys can be used wherever heavy objects have to be moved.
The load can be lifted using either the roller crowbar or a jack, allowing the transport trolleys to be easily positioned.

Roller Transport Trolleys
*All maximum carrying capacity are based for use on a steel surface, which with stands the pressure of the chain-roller, for safety. The carrying capacities in complete are calculated so that 2 transport trolleys could support the full load on uneven surfaces.
*The track surface is important for the safe transportation of the load, not the carrying capacity of the roller transport trolleys are unsuitable.Movement on torment on tarmac and concrete is restricted. In these cases it is recommended to put a steel plate of a minimum of a 10mm thickness underneath.
*Due to the little effort required to overcome the rolling resistance(4-7% of the total load) precautionary measure must be taken for use on inclined surfaces.

Application of Lifting Clamps:
Safety lifting
● The lifting clamps are suitable for lifting and transporting of steel plates with a maximum hardness of 37 HrC (345HB,1166 N/mm⊃2;).
● The lifting clamps are suitable for usage in normal atmospheric conditions, between -40℃ and +100℃
● Never overload a clamp and prevent the jerking of loads.
● When loading always use the whole jaw depth.
● Never lift more than one plate at the same time.
● Always keep your distance during lifting and descending of a load.
● Prevent situations that anybody is under the load.
● Any welding to the clamp is forbidden, this can influence the hardness and toughness of the clamp.
