PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The vertical shell of the machine is made of aluminum, and the driving and transmission parts are placed at the bottom of the machine and covered with sheet metal parts.

The extension frame is composed of ball screw pair and column, and the guide part adopts linear bearing to ensure smooth operation, no vibration and high coaxiality during the beam test;

The deceleration part adopts precision imported reducer and synchronous belt deceleration, the whole machine has large rigidity, low noise, no reverse clearance, and can be used in the range of 0 to 500N, 1kN, 2kN for tensile, compression and cyclic loading tests;

The control part is attached to the right side of the host, which is equipped with a control button, through which the host can be manipulated to start or stop the test, and relevant parameters can be set, such as: loading speed, sample diameter, beam return speed, etc., making the operation flexible and convenient.
