This machine is specially used for relaxation test of steel strand, galvanized steel wire and notched steel wire, the main machine adopts vertical structure, covers a small space, and the conditions of constant temperature and no vibration required by relaxation test are easy to meet. The test space is adjusted by the lead screw, the drive system is inside the frame, and the whole machine has high stiffness and self-locking function to ensure the accuracy of the test results. The PC realizes the closed-loop control of the three control modes of constant speed test force, constant speed displacement and constant speed deformation, and the program control of the test process, and various control modes can be switched without impact. The computer can calculate 1000 hours of test results from 100 hours of test data, and can also carry out 1000 hours of continuous test. The computer displays test force and test curve in real time, stores and prints test results, test curve and test report.
