PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
In order to meet the needs of the market, a new generation of microcomputer controlled electronic relaxation testing machine (horizontal) has been developed, which is more convenient to operate, and has excellent measurement and repeatability. The micro-computer-controlled electronic relaxation tester (horizontal) is specially used for stress relaxation test of prestressed concrete steel strand, and can also be used for isothermal stress relaxation test of notched wire and galvanized steel wire. The test function can meet the requirements of stress relaxation performance test in GB/T 5224-2003 "Cable for prestressed concrete". After adding software and fixture, it can also meet the requirements of isothermal relaxation test in GBIT 21839-2008 "Test method for Steel for Prestressed Concrete". The testing machine meets the relevant performance requirements of GB/T 10120-2013 "Tensile Stress Relaxation Test Method for Metal Materials". The testing machine can be used in wire production plants, highway construction, construction quality inspection stations and other units for relaxation performance testing and scientific research, and is welcomed by users in various industries.
MAIN FEATURE
The three-beam four-column frame structure has the advantages of balanced force, large stiffness, small deformation and small creep. The special calibration device can facilitate the calibration of the force value. Precision servo system and high precision low backlash reducer can control the total strain accurately and timely. The dedicated F040 controller has stable performance, can meet the long-term uninterrupted test, and can achieve three closed-loop control. High precision digital dial gauge is used for deformation measurement, which can meet the acquisition of high precision deformation data with large scale distance and long time. The test software for Windows system can preset the test parameters according to the user's requirements, draw the relaxation curve according to the test data and calculate the relaxation rate of 1000 hours.
