1. Transportation of wire rope complete sets of rope: loading rope tray can be roped into the shaft hole of rope tray or social order shaft hole of steel pipe, and then the rope buckle sleeve at both ends of the steel pipe, strictly prohibited from rolling directly from the height, must be slowly sliding down with a transition jumping board or crane crane, ground handling, if necessary, do not pry directly on the surface of the wire rope. In order to avoid crushing the surface of steel wire rope for long-distance transportation, the rainproof cloth should be used to cover the surface of steel wire rope and prevent the rain water from infiltrating into the steel wire rope and causing corrosion.

2. Maintenance of wire rope complete sets: after the new rope is checked and stored, it should be placed in a ventilated drying room to prevent direct sunlight and hot air baking; if it must be placed outdoors, it should be placed on a higher ground, covered with rain cloth. The ground is usually placed above 300mm.
3. Rewinding of wire rope complete set of rope and fixture: If it is necessary to turn over and rewinding, the phenomenon of rope ring （kink） caused by wire rope and fixture should be avoided; if kink occurs during unwinding, it should stop immediately and try to eliminate it before proceeding. After the kink phenomenon occurs, the breaking force of the wire rope will be reduced by about 40-60% depending on the degree of kinking. The rope tray should be slowly rotated or rolled, and the wire rope should be slowly unwound to prevent twisting or loose twisting.
