The "Ignite Proton Wind" safety harness

The models are designed in such a way that the wearer hardly realises that they are there and is thus more inclined to use them. One of the safety harnesses for virtually any area of use is the "Ignite Proton Wind" which is ideally suited for working on wind energy plants.

If you are carrying out maintenance work on a wind turbine, you cannot be without Personal Protective Equipment against falls from a height. For this, it is important that the harness fits perfectly and that its use is uncomplicated.
With the "Ignite Proton", the manufacturer of fall protection equipment has developed a model that will completely replace the "ARG 50" and "ARG 51" ranges of harnesses by the end of the year. Pre-formed shoulder and leg pads fit softly on the body and ergonomically adjust to the wearer's anatomy. Additionally, the model is equipped with premium quality hip padding, perfectly tailored to the human anatomy. The inner shape, with many ridges of different sizes, was designed based on scientific insight of muscle formation and bone structure. Not only does this prevent pressure points during wearing, but it also relieves the spine because loads are perfectly distributed. For people wearing their harnesses for several hours, this is a real relief. Furthermore, many individual supporting points, as opposed to padding with extensive support, offer pleasant wearing comfort.
Another detailed solution for the "Ignite Proton Wind" is – as for all models in this harness range – a new adjuster. This adjuster stops the straps from unwanted loosening, which is a problem many users have to battle with. They feel it is a nuisance having to tighten the harness all the time when they are on the move constantly. The "Ignite Series" models, on the other hand, do not become loose. This is a huge advantage because wearing comfort and ease of use are important criteria leading to PPE against falls from a height being worn by the user. A cleverly thought-out colour system also contributes to easy use. Orange contrasting elements are used in the upper part of the strap and grey in the lower part. This makes it easy to recognise where the top and where the bottom of the harness is, even when the user has not yet donned the harness. Additionally, the main anchor points of all models are bright orange in order to label them clearly. Accidental anchoring on the wrong loops can be prevented in this way.

This model will also win you over with its functionality: The pre-formed material loops and tool eyelets for every use are as much part of the standard equipment as the plastic skid plate and arrester loop. The "Ignite Proton Wind" is certified in accordance with EN 361 and EN 358.
