INTRODUCTIONS

DS-HSZ-B Chain blocks are equipped with limit protection device which can avoid overload occurrence and hook bolts can prevent the rigging accidentally from slip, which ensure the safety. Besides, Roll-edge hand wheel cover and two hand chain guided ensure smooth operation of the hand chain of which distance between the two hooks is small, especially suitable for small working space.

  Working principle of DS-HSZ-B Chain blocks through tracer chain and chain wheel of hand chain, the ratchet wheel of friction plate and brake stand (pressed into one body) will rotate together, and the five-tooth long shaft turns the sheet gear, the four-tooth short shaft and the spline hole gears. Thus, the lifting chain wheel installed on the spline hole gear can drive the lifting chain and lift the weight steadily, which provide excellent operation.

1. Spray

  The plate finish is electrophoretic painting which protects from moisture. The DS-HSZ-B Chain blocks' body cover painting is done with special technology for long lasting color. 2. End anchor

3. Hooks
