G100 Rigging Hardware
All the Grade 100 rigging hardware is forged or welded by special alloy steel. It can be matched with G100 chains. It can be used in situations such as oil field hoisting, mine hoisting, port hoisting, forest logging hoisting etc.
The alloy steel self locking eye hook has the following features
● The self locking structure of the hook will be automatically closed under the situation of load lifting, so that the lifting is much safer.
● It is forged by special alloy steel with high intensity and high toughness, and then it is heat treated;
● It can be matched with G100 chain;
● The performance is increased by 25% compared with G80 products;
● Each workpiece should pass testing at 2.5 times of working load limit;
● We should carry out sampling and 20000 times of fatigue testing;
● We should carry out strict sampling and breakage testing for each batch of products;
● We should carry out 100% magnetic powder flaw detection;
● 100% of the pin should be tested to ensure that they have the same hardness;
● Surface treatment: plastics spraying;
● Color code: Blue RAL5015, other colour is available as per request;

G100 Safety Hooks BK Eye Type with Recessed Trigger
Safety Hooks BK Eye Type G100 with Recessed Trigger, also known as BK self-locking hook, or just called it BK Safety Hook, some customer also called it Safety Cargo Hook bk.
BK Safety Hook is forged from alloy steel, hardened and tempered, and is suitable for attaching both chain and wire rope.
It is provided with a recessed trigger, which is embedded in the body of the hook in order to prevent the trigger from jamming or being damaged, and to help prevent accidental opening of the latch.
The Eye self-locking hook BK type is designed with a flat section for attaching other components.
Safety Hooks BK G10 has a latch rotation stop to protect the trigger mechanism from damage.
