Grade 80 Swivel Self Locking Hook with Ball-Bearing, also known as G8 Ball Bearing Swivel Self Locking Hook, G80 Swivel Ball Bearing Self Locking Hook, G80 Safety Hook with Swivel Eye Ball Bearing.

The Bearing Swivel Self-Locking Hook features a load-secured latch mechanism that prevents accidental opening during operation—requiring deliberate trigger pressure for release only when grounded.

Its integrated ball bearing enables 360° rotation under full load, distinguishing it from standard positioning swivels that require load removal for rotation. 

Crucially, this design must never be used with wire rope due to the risk of unlaying strands. Rated typically to Grade 80 standards, the hook combines automatic load-activated latching with bearing-assisted swiveling to prevent snagging on transport surfaces while maintaining directional flexibility during suspended lifts.
