G80 Master Link Assembly European Type, also known as G8 Multi-leg Master Link, Multi-leg Oblong Link, and some customers also called it Grade 80 QUAD Master Link.
Grade 80 Alloy Steel Multi Master Link Sub Assembly, manufactured using superior grade raw material as per international qualitative standards, available in Pressing Flat, for use with G80 Omega Hook.
Our range of G80 master link sub assembly is available in standard: 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 10mm, 13mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, 26mm, 28mm, 32mm, as well as customized sharps and sizes.
Standard EN1677(Supersedes DIN5688-3).
Forged or welded super alloy steel.
Super alloy steel - Quenched and tempered.
Individually proof tested at 2.5 times Working Load Limit.
Breaking test and fatigue test.
100% Magnaflux Crack Detection.
Fatigue tested at 1.5 times Working Load Limit for 20000 cycles.
Strict break load test.
Surface finish: Power plastified Colour: Yellow or Red RALcode: RAL1003 or RAL3020.
Suitable for 3 or 4 legs G80 chain sling as per EN818-4.
