PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

DS-YAW-300/600/1000 microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo pressure testing machine is mainly used for various refractories and other materials compressive and bending test. Suitable for metallurgy, building materials, aviation, aerospace, colleges and universities, scientific research institutions and other fields. Test operation and data processing meet the requirements of the standard.

HOST MACHINE

The main engine is a two-column frame loading structure, and the oil cylinder is placed under the main engine. It is composed of beam, base, cylinder, piston, column, table, pressure plate, etc. The beam is supported on the base by two columns and fastened by nuts to form a loading frame. The upper pressure plate is installed on the screw of the beam, and the nut is rotated by the hand wheel, and the nut drives the screw up and down, so that the upper pressure plate moves up and down to adjust the test space. The cylinder and piston are located in the center of the work table, and the spherical seat and the lower pressure plate are placed on the work table. The oil pipe on the main engine is connected with the oil source control cabinet. When the control oil enters the oil cylinder, the piston is pushed up together with the fixed workbench and the lower pressure plate to make the test force gradually act on the sample.

CONTROL SYSTEM

The electro-hydraulic servo measuring and control system is controlled by microcomputer, and the force is measured by sensor. Set full digital electro-hydraulic servo closed-loop control, data processing, data analysis in one, with a complete file operation function, such as test reports, test parameters, system parameters can be stored in file mode.

The software system provides rich test curve display. Such as test force-displacement curve, test force-time curve, stress-strain curve, displacement-time curve. The software provides four control modes: open loop, speed closed loop control, single step closed loop control and programming closed loop control. Flexible test process "programming" function, according to the need to complete any complex, any control mode of the test process editing. The test program control scheme can be stored, imported and re-edited.
