Principle
The pressure of compressed air can be transformed into mechanical energy through pneumatic motor, thus the output torque will drive the planetary reducer. Then the pneumatic controller will control the rotation of slewing gear to lift the load.
Feature
■ Precision parts such as motor and piston are all manufactured by imported high-precision CNC machine center;
■ The planetary gear adopts alloy steel with standard heat treatment and lubricated by extreme pressure lithium lubricating grease;
■ The chains use T8 level calibrated short chain, which satisfy the maximum allowable load coefficient under different working levels.
■ Hooks adopt the highest level in GB/T 10051 strength levels – V level,low volume, low weight, good performance.
