Please read this manual carefully, and keeping it for checking anytime.
1. Regulations of safe usage
1.Operation and maintenance for this hoist should be handled by the specialized workers.
2.Overload the lever hoist is forbidden.
3.Do not lift or pull goods binded by the load chain.
4.Lengthen the handle of this hoist for operation is forbidden.
5.Do not lift or pull the goods on the tip of hook.
6.Lifting the person is forbidden.
7.Make sure the hanging or fixed place of the hoist is appropriate for lifting or pulling.
8.Do not stand under the load.
9.Do not press the screen forcibly, or it would be damaged.
10.Take away the battery if the hoist is out of service for long time.
11.Keep the hoist in the dry place.
2. Installation of battery box
Install the battery box as per the sketch: release the screw to move the cover, put the battery with correct direction, cover it again and tighten the screw.

6. Warning fuction
Stable display
When the load of hoist is stable, the backlight of screen will flicker for three times, then the user can read the weight.
Low-voltage display
When the hoist battery is low-voltage, the screen will flicker “BAT” continuously. Please replace the battery in time.
Overload warning
When the hoist is overload, the screen will flicker “OVER” continuously to warn the load has overload the capacity of hoist.
7. Keystroke Operation
Power On
Long press ”ON/OFF” key, start up the digital screen, the screen will show the rated loading capacity, remaining power percentage for battery. Then the screen display 9999~0000 self checking. Finally test and reset.
Power Off
Long press ”ON/OFF” key, close the digital screen.
The screen will show the remaining power percentage for battery and power off.
Reset
Short press ”RESET” key, zero clearing the weight.
After clearing, the weight will become zero.
Weight Lock
Short press ”LOCK” key, lock the weight data. After locking, the weight data will flicker continuously.
Weight Unlock
Short press ”LOCK” key, unlock the weight data. After unlocking, the weight datda will stop flickering. The screen will return back to normal display.
Unit Switch
Long press ”LOCK” key to switch between “kg” and “lb”.
The small triangle
on the top screen will point to the current unit.

10. Parameter Setting
Long press “RESET” key to enter the password mode.
Press “LOCK” key to change the digit under password mode, press”RESET” key to right shift the flicker digit , then press”ON/OFF” key to set the password.
Press “LOCK” key and “RESET”key to input the password”1000” under password mode, press “ON/OFF” key to confirm the password then enter the parameter setting menu. The screen will show “SET” words when the parameter setting menu entered.
Press “ON/OFF” key to enter the power off time option.
Power off time
The screen will power off automaticly to extend the life of the battery when the loading is stable and no operation on the key for a certain time.
Press “LOCK” key to chage the power off time. Options: 0 (never power off), 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes.
Press “ON/OFF ” key to enter to the backlight option
Backligt time
The screen will off the backlight automaticly to reduce power consumption when loading is stable after a certain time.
Press “LOCK” key to change the backlight time. Options: 0 (never power off), 5 seconds, 10 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 60 seconds.
Press “ON/OFF” key quit the Parameter setting meanu. Screen show “End”
Display refresh rate
The higher of the Display refresh rate, the quicker of the data changing. the response is more sensitive . The lower of the Display refresh rate, the slower of the data changing, the reading is more stable.
Press “LOCK” key to change the display refresh rate. Options: 1. fastest 2. faster 3.medium 4. slower.
Press “ON/OFF” key to quit the Parameter setting menu. Screen show “End”.
11. Calibration
Long press “RESET” key to enter the password mode.
Press “LOCK” key to change the digit under password mode, press”RESET” key to right shift the flicker digit, then press”ON/OFF” key to set the password.
Press “LOCK” key and “RESET” key to input the password”2000” under password mode, press “ON/OFF” key to confirm the password then enter into the calibration process. The screen will show “CAL”when the calibration process entered.
Press “ON/OFF” enter into the maxmium range option.
Maxmium range
Maxmium range means the maximum loading capacity of the hoist.
Press “LOCK” key to chage the Maximum range, unit is t, Options: 0.5t，1t，1.5t，2t，3t，5t。
Press “ON/OFF” key enter into the Division value option.
Division value
Division means the minimum weight interval change each time.
Press “LOCK” key to change the Division. Division value availability is decided by the Maximum range. For example, when maximum range is 2t, the options for division value: 10, 20, 50.
ZERO Testing
Screen display “ZERO”.
Keep the hoist empty loading, press “ON/OFF” key to confirm, system will enter the calibration weight testing automatically after zero testing successful.
Weight Calibration
Screen display “0000”
Loading goods or weight, keeping hoist stable, press “LOCK” and “RESET” key to input the weight value of the goods. Press “”ON/OFF” key to confirm. System will quit the calibration weight testing process automatically after calibration weight testing successful .
Screen display “End”
12. Hoist Operation
UP-Moving
Switch to “UP”, pull the handle to lift.
DOWN-Moving
Switch to “DN”, pull the handle to descend.

13. Maintenance
1. Cleaning lever hoist after using, smear anti-rust oil and stock in a dry place.
2. Maintenance and examine should be done by specialized worker who are well konwn of this hoist, anyone who are not familiar with this hoist are forbidden to assemble or dismantle the hoist.
3. Gear setting should refer to Pic 2, the “0” should be fixed on the same line of these two gear assemblies (2). For 1T, “0” should face to OUT/OUT or IN/IN,; For 2T, gear assembly “0” should face to IN/OUT.
4. The friction surface for brake, friction disc and brake dish should always keep cleaning. Oil is strictly prevented to avoid brake failure.
5. The welding point of load chain should be set on the outside of chain wheel to ensure safe running.
6. Lever hoist should be empty loading and on loading testing after cleaning, and newly calibrated before loading. The hoist can be use after ensuring reliable working and brake.
7. The lever hoists should be kept in dry places to avoid humidity of circuit board when it is not used.
