The DIN 3091 solid thimble are made of mild cast steel (GTW 40) and manufactured to a standard DIN3091.

DIN3091 cast solid wire rope thimble are used to protect the inner eye area of a wire rope sling when subjected to high friction forces.

The DIN 3091 wire rope thimble surfaces are available ungalvanised or with a galvanised finish.
