This is a very versatile ratchet tie down strap that allows you to hook the strap back to itself using the floating d-ring. This j-hook tie down strap is 1"x10' long and is blue in color. It is also available in 1"x15' and 1x20' lengths. Each end of the strap has a j-hook and a d-ring.
